How the night goes
One table, a few courses, and a room that starts as strangers.
No mingling with a drink in your hand hoping someone talks to you. You are seated, you are fed, and the night is built to make conversation the easy part.

Doors and a name card
You walk in, find your card at the table, and sit down. If you came with someone, your cards are not side by side, and that is on purpose. Phones go in the basket. Nobody asks what you do for work.

The chef tells you why this dish exists
Every course comes with its story: the ingredient, the technique, the reason it is on your plate. It is a Life Plus dinner, so you leave knowing something. It is also the easiest thing in the world to talk about with the person beside you.

One long conversation
A question or two lands on the table between courses. Not icebreaker games, just good prompts that get twenty-four people actually talking to each other.

Seats move so you meet the whole table
Between courses we shuffle a few seats around. By dessert you have talked to the far end of the table, not just the two people you got lucky next to. Twenty-four seats means twenty-three chances, and the night is built so you use all of them.

Numbers swapped before you leave
The night ends the way the good ones do: someone starts a group chat, someone names it, and you already have plans to come back next month.

A multi-course tasting built from the classes we teach, revealed at the table. Vegetarian and gluten-free are guaranteed. Tell us your restrictions at booking and we'll handle it.

What the first table will feel like
You will not know a soul when you sit down. It never lasts.
This is the room, and this is what a Life Plus table looks like once the food lands. Come by yourself, come a little nervous. By dessert you are the loud end of the table, and the group chat already has a name.

24 seats, and when they are gone the table is full. We ask about dietary needs and the cancellation policy at checkout.

Vegetarian and gluten-free guests are fully accounted for at every table. We'll ask when you book, and your courses will be just as beautiful as everyone else's. Other restrictions or allergies? Note them at booking and we'll reach out.
Coming with someone? You'll be seated apart.
Everyone gets a name card, and we shuffle a few seats between courses so you meet the whole table. If you book two seats, those cards will not be side by side. You did not come to spend the night talking to the person you already know, and neither did they.
Cancellations
Seats are sacred. Cancel by Sunday, October 25 for a full refund. Cancel between October 26 and November 1 and your payment becomes credit toward any future class or seating. From November 2 the seat is yours and no refund or credit applies. If something comes up after that, tell us anyway. An empty chair changes the night for everyone, and if we manage to fill your seat we will turn your payment into credit.
