What you'll cook

Fried wontons, crispy Chinese chicken, sizzling stir-fry vegetables, rice, and ma lai gao (steamed sponge cake).

Phở (Vietnamese noodle soup), bánh xèo (savory crepes), and chả giò (crispy Vietnamese spring rolls).

Classic chicken adobo, pancit (stir-fried noodles), and turon (caramelized banana spring rolls).

Som tum (green papaya salad), tom kha gai (Thai coconut chicken soup), pad see ew (Thai stir-fry noodles), and mango sticky rice.

Crostini bianchi, chicken piccata, penne with a bell pepper trio, green bean salad, and macerated strawberries.

Bulgogi ssam (grilled marinated beef with lettuce wraps and house-made ssamjang), crispy samgyeopsal pork belly, and kimchi jjigae with rice — plus a spread of hand-made banchan. Vegetarian options available.

Nigiri, sashimi, maki, temaki, uramaki, and chirashi — the full range of preparation techniques.

Handmade ricotta gnocchi with brown butter sauce, and tagliatelle with a traditional ragù.

Scratch-made fruit tart, buttermilk biscuits two ways (savory & sweet), and cinnamon swirl cake with butter cream cheese frosting.

Sourdough from scratch, plus a charcuterie board with cured meats and cheeses.

Escarole/endive salad, rice with spinach and pistachios, deep-fried tofu balls, and chocolate mousse. Perfect for vegetarians, but everyone is welcome!

Dressed kale, mung bean pancakes, braised potatoes, and barely pickled kimchi.
