HOW IT WORKS
Step 1 — Join (It’s Free)
Women join our private database.
Men apply to become Initiators.
We keep the entry process simple — just basic details to get started.
Step 2 — Discovery Call
If your submission aligns with our current community, we invite you to a brief phone or video conversation.
With your permission, we record this call so we can thoughtfully create your curated profile and understand your preferences clearly.
Step 3 — Curated Introduction
We do not display your profile publicly.
When we believe there is meaningful alignment between two individuals — based on values, lifestyle, goals, and non-negotiables — we present the introduction privately.
If both parties agree, we schedule your Life Plus date experience.
Step 4 — The Experience
You meet for the first time inside a guided culinary event designed for connection.
You cook.
You dine.

This program is run by Life Plus — a trusted community experience provider with thousands of guests served in the Valley. All experiences are hosted at our Sherman Oaks Galleria Campus.

Become an Initiator
An Initiator is a man ready to take the first step.
There are no membership fees and no hidden matchmaking costs.
Active Initiators agree to attend up to one curated Life Plus date per month if matched. If we do not find you a compatible introduction, you pay nothing. If we present a match and she accepts, you commit to participating in the scheduled Life Plus experience.
This ensures our community remains active, serious, and respectful of everyone’s time.
