  1. Four Classes Per Month

    • Participants will enjoy four engaging culinary classes each month.

    • Classes may include a mix of group sessions and one-on-one private lessons at our discretion, depending on your specific needs and skill level.

  2. Customized Class Selection

    • Together, we will mutually agree on your class schedule based on:

      • Your preferences

      • Our class availability

      • Your culinary skill level and goals

    • Final Scheduling Authority: Life Plus Culinary Academy retains the final say on your class schedule to ensure the best learning experience.

  3. Diverse Learning Opportunities

    • Access to a wide range of culinary topics, including but not limited to:

      • Baking and pastry arts

      • International cuisines

      • Knife skills and food preparation techniques

      • Plating and presentation

  4. Quality Instruction

    • Learn with hands-on guidance, tips, and personalized feedback.

  5. All Necessary Equipment and Ingredients

    • All tools, equipment, and high-quality ingredients required for each class are included.

  6. Skill Development Tailored to You

    • Classes are designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced home cook looking to refine advanced techniques.

This package provides a structured yet flexible learning environment that empowers you to grow your culinary skills while enjoying a personalized and professional experience.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Life Plus Culinary Academy, we strive to provide exceptional experiences and plan our classes to ensure the best possible outcomes for our participants. To maintain the quality and consistency of our programs, the following cancellation and refund policy applies:

Monthly Payment Policy

  1. Payment Schedule:
    All participants are required to pay for their classes one month in advance. Payments are due at the beginning of the month to secure your spot for that month’s classes.

  2. Non-Refundable and Non-Cancelable Payments:
    Once payment is made for the upcoming month, it is non-refundable and non-cancelable. This policy ensures that we can effectively plan and prepare for each participant.

Cancellations

  • If you wish to discontinue your enrollment, you must notify us in writing at least 7 days before the start of the next month to avoid being charged for the following month.

  • Failure to provide timely notice will result in automatic billing for the next month, as we reserve your spot in advance.

Missed Classes

  • We do not provide refunds, credits, or make-up classes for missed sessions due to personal reasons.

  • If a class is canceled by Life Plus Culinary Academy (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered either:

    • A rescheduled session, or

    • A credit toward a future class.

Exceptional Circumstances

  • Requests for refunds or cancellations due to extraordinary circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.

By registering for our classes, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and refund policy. This allows us to maintain the high-quality experiences our participants expect while ensuring fair and consistent planning for all.

Photo and Video Policy

At Life Plus Culinary Academy, we love capturing moments of creativity, learning, and fun to showcase the vibrant experiences our participants enjoy. To ensure transparency, the following policy outlines how photos and videos are handled:

Consent for Photography and Videography

  1. By participating in any Life Plus Culinary Academy class, event, or program, you grant permission for photographs and/or videos of you to be taken during the session.

  2. You further consent to Life Plus Culinary Academy using these photographs or videos for:

    • Marketing and promotional materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, and posters)

    • Digital content on our website and social media platforms

    • Internal documentation and training materials

Opt-Out Option

If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please notify us in writing prior to the start of your class or event. We will make every effort to accommodate your request and ensure you are not included in any media.

Rights to Media

  1. All photos and videos taken by Life Plus Culinary Academy staff, contractors, or representatives remain the property of Life Plus Culinary Academy.

  2. Participants are not entitled to any compensation or royalties for the use of their likeness in media created by Life Plus Culinary Academy.

Respecting Privacy

Life Plus Culinary Academy is committed to using photos and videos in a respectful and professional manner. We will never disclose personal information (e.g., names or contact details) without explicit permission.

By registering for our classes or events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Photo and Video Policy.
