Winter Camp: Cozy Winter Kitchen
Program Dates
December 28–31 · Monday–Thursday (ends New Year's Eve)
Morning 9 AM–12 PM (ages 9–12) or Afternoon 3–6 PM (teens 13–17)
Give your child the chance to cook up warmth all week long in this hands-on winter camp.
Cozy Winter Kitchen is a four-day culinary camp full of the warming, comforting dishes that make winter delicious — soups, stews, baked pastas, fresh breads, and more. Younger cooks join the morning wave, while teens take the same themes deeper in the afternoon.
Throughout the week, students cook hearty dishes from start to finish — learning how slow cooking, good stock, and simple technique build deep, satisfying flavor from humble ingredients.
Classes are fully hands-on — students build knife skills, stovetop and oven techniques, seasoning awareness, and teamwork in the kitchen. The teen afternoon wave goes further into technique and depth of flavor for cooks ready for more.
This program emphasizes comfort, care, and confidence. Students leave able to cook a warm, satisfying meal for themselves and the people they love.

What guests are saying
“I had a such a great time in the sushi making class! Marc is an amazing teacher and is with you every step of the way. I felt confident that I could actually go it alone and continue building my skills. I also really enjoyed meeting and connecting with new people. Will definitely be returning for more classes.”
“Our instructor was very knowledgeable and fun to be with. His instructions were clear and easy to follow. Class was delicious and taught us skills im sure ill never forget!”
“Tastes of Thailand cooking class was excellent. The best cooking class I’ve ever attended. Reasons: excellent instructors who taught cooking techniques, seasoning, how to elevate flavors/spices/heat. We each had our own cooking vessels. We cooked 3 Thai dishes, and were provided with a nice dessert made by the instructor. Completely hands on class with time for questions. Class size of 6 which allowed instructors to see how each of us were doing. Bonus- we each sat at a dining table to eat each dish as they were completed. A nice learning and social time experience with instructors who were knowledgeable and enjoyed teaching. Rating: 10+ out of 10.”
“Our teacher was wonderful! He was knowledgeable and patient. He made sure to include all students and gave us enough time to complete all of the task while explaining everything in detail clearly. He made the class fun while teaching a beginners level yet allowing us to end up with a meal that was lovely and enjoyable. The pace was perfect and our teacher/host was delightful. I can’t wait to take another ClassBento course.”
“We had an amazing time at this class. I brought my dad for his 60th birthday and we were both blown away by the thoughtfulness and tastiness of the entire experience. We especially enjoyed that we were able to eat the meals as we made them. Do NOT come full -- you will be wishing you had more room in your stomach to eat everything! The teacher was incredible! Would definitely recommend for any occasion.”
“I had an amazing experience at Life Plus Pasta Making! The instructor was personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He shared how he developed these classes, and it was clear that his own curiosity and love of learning inspired the entire experience. He was incredibly patient with everyone, while still guiding us in a way that made sure we actually learned the techniques instead of just following directions. By the end of the class, we had made a meal that was absolutely delicious. It was hard to believe that something so good came from our own hands! I will 100% be taking another class. They offer such a wide variety of classes for different interests that I have a feeling I'll be coming back for quite a while. If you're thinking about trying one, don't hesitate—you'll leave with new skills, great food, and a memorable experience.”
